When will I get my order?
Once your order is placed, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within Beirut and 5–6 business days outside Beirut. In many cases, orders may arrive sooner depending on courier schedules and location. We’ll always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Where are your products manufactured?
All our products are custom engraved and assembled in Lebanon using high-quality materials. While some raw materials like stainless steel or acrylic blanks may be sourced internationally, every engraving, finishing, and packaging step is carefully handled by our team locally to ensure quality and precision.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location:
- Inside Beirut $3
- Outside Beirut $5
The shipping fee will be added at checkout based on the delivery address you provide.
